The staff at this establishment is extremely unprofessional and rude. I strongly advise against using Wess Casson Reality as your management company. Please consider another management company instead. Our family deeply regrets our decision to work with this management team.

Our company rented an office space from Wess Cason Realty, I have to say our experience was nothing short of awful. The business came under new management due to the unfortunate passing of our owner, and from the beginning, Wess showed zero compassion or professionalism. When we moved in, we raised legitimate environmental concerns about the space. I don't buy the negative reviews for the Wess Cason team. We've rented from them for almost three years now. They've always been very responsive and friendly. Issues have been remedied quickly. The team is very personable and quick to respond. Laura has always worked closely with us to get what we need. What people need to understand is sometimes the landlord may be the problem, but not in our case.
