I first contacted Wess in 2008 about renting my ******** townhouse when the agent who sold it to me in 2004 told me she couldn't sell it, and wouldn't offer it, for what I paid for it. I was very hesitant to venture into the landlord game, but Wess quickly gave me confidence to put the house on the rental market.
