Like to count hallways as extra bedrooms to waste your time while you're looking for rentals. Edit: Yeah no the listing doesn't say that and you neglected to add a floorplan because obviously you're trying to mislead people.
Edit to response: Typical response from Remax. I indeed did rent through your agency and this review is true and correct. Firstly, they charge you just to pay your rent. Secondly, they are rude and when you return your keys when moving out they loose them then threaten you that you never returned them so now they will charge you for new locks and keys and give you a bad rental reference. When they find said keys there's no apology for their threats.
Deeply unethical real estate agency. My experience dealing with Allison Buckley in particular has been absolutely awful. I reported a faulty air conditioner to these people during summer, and the agency didn't bother to send anyone around to look at it. They also ignored a follow up email about it for nearly a month, and I had to send them a notice to remedy breach form to have it actioned.
