Holly Sargent who is a realtor sold her own unit where she resided for 24 years. This was a cash only transaction as the building is in poor shape! Holly persuaded the buyer that she must pay the $45,000 condo assessment. The sale shows $290,000 and the condo assessment was included in sale price which should be a separate transaction. The 40 year still not completed on the building, more assessments coming. State complaint filed.

Writing a review of this brokerage and agent Veronica Scuttari. I purchased a condo in Florida tryng to relocate from Texas. I was told in writing by Veronica that the 40-year inspection had been completed. I have owned the condo for 10 months and just got hit with a $42k special assessment for the 40 year inspection. It was not completed - had barely even been started. I confronted Veronica and she said the sellers agent told her it was. I find that hard to believe as he lives in the complex and knows the issues. The brokerage focus is on a positive supportive culture as the main driver. At our recent awards banquet, the team closed an amazing amount of sales however the positive interaction between agents is evident and paramount. We are lucky to have non-competing brokers as the owners which the balance between agents and management leads to higher teamwork, agent referrals and closed sales.
