Holly Sargent who is a realtor sold her own unit where she resided for 24 years. This was a cash only transaction as the building is in poor shape! Holly persuaded the buyer that she must pay the $45,000 condo assessment. The sale shows $290,000 and the condo assessment was included in sale price which should be a separate transaction. The 40 year still not completed on the building, more assessments coming. State complaint filed.

Writing a review of this brokerage and agent Veronica Scuttari. I purchased a condo in Florida tryng to relocate from Texas. I was told in writing by Veronica that the 40-year inspection had been completed. I have owned the condo for 10 months and just got hit with a $42k special assessment for the 40 year inspection.
