The realtor that handled the sale of my home was lacking in communication and judgement. He made a number of blunders of which he never apologized for these mistakes. He was misinformed about costs and even went so far as to use a check I gave to him in good faith, (for the wrong amount, I might add) and used my bank account number and routing number to pay for a necessary certifcate for closing without my permission.
