Diane diligently worked with my wife and I to find a home. She was always available to answer questions everyday and any time of day. We usually got in to look at a house the same day we wanted to. We purchased with a VA loan and Diane even assisted in finding us a good lender to work with. It has been a year since we purchased and she still helps out with anything we ask for.

Work with Diane to buy our 4 bedroom house in Anchorage. She was helpful, attentive and always responded immediately. We had something come up after the sale and she still did the work (without any compensation) true professional – incredibly helpful, thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your advice, guidance and reassurance you demonstrated during the sale of my condo. I don’t often meet people that I like so much, right from the get go, as when I met you. I felt as though the Lord sent me an angel to help me through a very difficult obstacle in my life. I recently closed on a house in Anchorage and I cannot say enough good things about the real estate agent that assisted. Diane Stefan is very knowledgeable about the local Anchorage housing market and works extremely hard to match up the Buyer’s desires with what is available.
