Friendly, Knowledgable and Very Responsive! Lauriel was amazing to work with. She had a wide knowledge of the areas I was looking at which spanned across multiple counties. She was always responsive through text, phone and email. She was willing to work late on weekends to put together any urgent time sensitive offers, etc. During the inspection of the house I purchased, her advice ended up saving me $7,500 on the closing costs and likely prevented a much bigger headache down the line in a few years.
Fast and Reliable . Lysa did an excellent job amd communication was wonderful. House was on market 1 day with first offer amd sold in 4 days with highest/best offer. We got over asking price with Lysa and we did it quickly. The process was fast amd painless. I cannot say enough good things. If you want someone looking out for your best interest in buying or selling I would give Lysa a call.
