Ed Rorrer can and will lock you into a contract and demand an absurd amount of money to be released. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Ed to thoroughly review the contract and understand the cancellation terms before continuing and being involved in this type of extortion. Ed and broker owner Thomas Skiffington are unethical, unprofessional, and do not care about the people they are “helping”

After working with Ed for a few months and viewing three homes we found ourselves, we chose to move in a different direction with a new agent. That’s when we were told we were locked into a buyer’s agreement and would have to pay a substantial fee to get out of it. This was not clearly explained upfront and was very misleading.
