I recently purchased a house from Dez, and when viewing the house it was it nice condition, perfectly maintained and looked great. Upon possession a month and a half later the house had mouldy food still in the fridges, random pieces of trash in all of the cupboards and in some rooms just all of the floor. The lawn was over a foot long and in the garden there was some trash that was put in there from the house as well.
