Nai Joo is a phenomenal, skilled, knowledgeable steward and leader in all things home buying! Buying your first home is supposedly a stressful experience but Nai really helped make it an easy, fun and informed experience for me. I’ve come out on the other side feeling more confident than expected and excited beyond measure for the next chapter of life. Had an extremely unprofessional experience with agent Manpreet Kandola. During showings of a property I'm renting, I explicitly requested no shoes inside and don't open personal items. Both requests were completely ignored - he and buyers walked through with shoes on, dirtied all carpets, and opened our closets. When confronted with video evidence, Manpreet was dismissive, made veiled eviction threats, and promised to follow up "tomorrow." That was three weeks ago - complete silence since.
