It was a pleasure working with Bryant! I would probably classify myself as a “high maintenance” seller and Bryant was always there to answer questions in a timely manner and provide guidance throughout the entire selling process. Bryant kept us informed on available houses likely to be of interest. He was in contact with other agents and provided us the information we needed, sometimes including the bargaining situation of sellers (e.g., this bank really wants to get the house off the books by the end of the year, etc.). He seemed to know the area well, and he provided useful observations about many of the houses we visited, but he didn't pass judgment regarding what was acceptable or not. Bryant is very client centered. He knows the local markets here both residential and commercial. He also has multiple contacts in the area who keep him informed on what lies "over the horizon" with regard to soon-to-be-available properties. He has contacts with home inspectors, general contractors, etc. He has a solid family life with a lovely, accomplished wife and two beautiful children. He also is a great chef!
