Vivian Todd provides the absolute best service to my husband and I with buying our first home. She was always fast, honest, and trustworthy. We really could not have asked for better. Not a positive experience. Within one month of listing the property, she encouraged us to lower the price of the home. On the way to closing, I learned that she had gone on vacation. When I arrived at closing, I learned that she had not arranged for anyone from her office to be present. When I called to inquire about someone from her office being there, I was told that they don't usually attend closings as they usually "sit there and nod as the owners sign documents." I did not feel that she was working as my advocate.

It seems if you were disappointed, perhaps, the expectation was not communicated with you as it was to me by your real estate agent/relative who let me know in no uncertain terms that I was to have no contact with you and everything had to go through her. She earned a solid portion of my fee for communicating with you and was there at the closing that you chose to attend in Houston rather than the option of a mail-out - all of which she arranged in your behalf.
