Vivian was excellent in every way. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and helped price the house appropriately. Her work with the buyers’ agent and title company was flawless. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We would recommend her highly.

Hire Vivian! She sold our house before we even put it on the market …while we were at the beach! She’s an old friend and the most fun ever, but also the consummate professional. If she’s your agent she will be your friend too. She’s very aware of the stress that buying or selling a house puts on families. She’s still checking in with our buyers and us as sellers three months later. In addition to being the top producer in Beaumont, she’s a joy to work with.

Vivian did a great job in working through a potentially challenging sale. Our parents home was somewhat unique in that it's a beautiful custom home with many special features, but also in need of some updates and repairs, and located on a very busy road. As such, there were not a lot of comps for this home. Vivian did a great job in helping us market this at the right price to make it a very successful sale in a very reasonable time period.

Vivian has a tremendous experience in home sales. From the very first day, she explained the sale process, the paperwork, and all of the details of comparison of sales similar to our house. Tremendous negotiation skills came into play. Vivian is a very caring person and we will certainly ask her to be our agent in the sale of other properties.

We had a great time working with Vivian during the recent sale of our home. She has excellent communication skills, and was also reachable around the clock. From the start, she had in depth knowledge of our neighborhood, and was able to help determine a fair listing price. She took beautiful pictures and created a lovely listing. Showings began right away, and she was a big help when we received an offer while on vacation. She new the ins and outs of our relocation company, which was also very important. Upon inspection, Viv... read more
