Vivian has a tremendous experience in home sales. From the very first day, she explained the sale process, the paperwork, and all of the details of comparison of sales similar to our house. Tremendous negotiation skills came into play. Vivian is a very caring person and we will certainly ask her to be our agent in the sale of other properties.

Vivian Todd provides the absolute best service to my husband and I with buying our first home. She was always fast, honest, and trustworthy. We really could not have asked for better. Not a positive experience. Within one month of listing the property, she encouraged us to lower the price of the home. On the way to closing, I learned that she had gone on vacation. When I arrived at closing, I learned that she had not arranged for anyone from her office to be present. When I called to inquire about someone from her office being there, I was told that they don't usually attend closings as they usually "sit there and nod as the owners sign documents." I did not feel that she was working as my advocate.

It seems if you were disappointed, perhaps, the expectation was not communicated with you as it was to me by your real estate agent/relative who let me know in no uncertain terms that I was to have no contact with you and everything had to go through her.
