Remax acts as a property manager for owners. Steve and Jackie Dunbar managed my property for 4-5 years. I had nothing but problems. Unprofessional, argumentative, used family members to provide inferior repairs, and neglected basic things responsibilities of the job such as property inspections. Note, there been no "numerous" notices. There was one which is effective enough. However, it was given after my rental company and landlord allowed Cecilia and I to be without hot water for 45 days during November and December... The coldest time of the year. The idiot landlords excuse was that he couldn't afford a new water heater till he closed on his other house. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANGIE KING. Treats great credit people like they have the worst credit in the world. Re/Max may not be a bad company but she is terrible. There are plenty of people that work there so deal with them not ANGIE KING. Also she is lazy and unprofessional instead of meeting me at the property to show like most professional leasing agents do she had the current tenant show it.
