As an investor I always needed a Realtor who works quickly to find properties. Travis Wallach and his team have found me several investment homes with in hours of them being listed. Thanks Travis and Shakeib. I would highly suggest these guys to anyone.
They will hide from you; they will take your money, then find "oh we forgot!" excuses to get more. If you're going to deal with them, hire a lawyer first!!
They are the worst property management company. They lie to you. As soon as they get your first initial payment (your first month rent), they start to hide from you, you will steal your money and run away. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.....
