This whole industry needs better oversight about the properties that are being sold. My son bought a townhome in Apple Valley two years ago and it has been nothing but a money pit, yet it was described as “move in ready.” The listing agent was with this real estate company. Someone needs to review the descriptions of homes before they’re put on the market to ensure the descriptions are accurate and honest. Would not recommend this real estate company.
The best realtor you could ever find (Scott Frank) works at this location. Closing on a house is extremely easy working with the staff at this location.
