Lorraine was able to find the perfect house for me after looking at just few others to figure out what it was I was looking for. She is very insightful when it comes reading her customers and their wants/needs. She made the buying and negotiating process a breeze. If any issues arose she promptly had them solved. Lorraine was a pleasure to work with! She helped me but my home and then years later sell it so I could relocate with my husband. She helped me through the entire process from repairs to staging to closing with excellent referrals and flexibility to work with my schedule. What a great realtor!

We are really glad we found Lorraine! Her down to earth personality is easy to work with. When we moved from out of state, she helped us find our first rental properties the first two years. Lorraine sold our four plex in a few weeks and was responsive, professional, and a great communicator. She went over and above her duties by meeting with the inspector, the appraiser, and others so any questions were answered and she was able to point out some features that may have been overlooked.
