This wasn't a normal home sale. This was the sale of my late sister's home. Michael went above and beyond to make this process as painless for me as he could. It made it easier for me to deal with all the other things that need to be done when a loved one passes. Michael is very kind and caring. I couldn't have gotten through this process without him.
Sharon and Michael Field went above and beyond over and over again on our behalf. They made countless calls to the listing agent to make inquiries (he was notoriously unresponsive in return), researched with City records and with neighbors to learn about an old cesspool and more recent sewer connection, also regarding a sewer assessment attached to the small adjoining lot, and arranging de-winterization and re-winterization.
