MILITARY BEWARE! I rented from Jeanne Rock's company and was told that basic lawn care would be included which was stated in my rental agreement. Upon time to move out I was charge $400 dollars to re-seed the front yard due to damage from Oklahoma heat. I watered the grass but was told it wasn't enough. We worked with Shelly Holladay and the Remax Staff for 7 years in 2 rentals and they are beyond the best rental management company, Even when owners of properties are horrible n cheap, So glad we have moved into the buying process now with Shelly n Remax, can't imagine working with any other Realtor or Company, George n Scott are always Fair n respectful the girls in the office are awesome n friendly and maintenance staff is knowledgeable n timely n courteous n respectful
Everything was great with Rock Realty until we moved out. Everything you have heard about her business practices are spot on. In a military town she prays on people who move frequently and has no sense of business integrity. We were loyal tenants for over two years only to be screwed on the back end when we were transferred. Bottom line...Rock Realty has questionable business practices at best and is down right liars at a minimum.
