Working with Mike was a dream!! We were out of state with a condo we needed to renovate and sell. He lined up everyone for us - if we wanted another bid on something he would grab one. He was over there and made it so we never had to worry about the condo while it was being worked on. He let contractors in and out inspected their work and ended up selling it for us over the asking price. The condo looked amazing at the end of the renovation. Mike was a great help during the home buying process for my girlfriend and I. He was easy going, able to answer all of our questions as first time home buyers, and was always available to talk or show a home. I really appreciated how he’d educate us about the different types of homes we’d seen, and would be honest about his thoughts on each home. I would definitely recommend Mike to friends and family looking for a home.
