Well, my experience is this Remax and accord representing me in as a buyer and in and I have no property And this company lost me over $50,000 due to them hiding lawsuits from me as the buyer in order to close a deal you cannot trust anyone especially not Jo, Courtney Ayers… really this broker as a whole. They are unethical and will do anything to close and always favoring the party with more property!! Just beware and move on
