I got an unsolicited call today to my FCC registered “Do Not Call” cellular phone by agent Randy Nichols of Re/Max Accord agency. I have no prior business dealings with Re/Max Accord nor have I requested to be contacted by Re/Max Accord. Randy admitted he found my contact information from purchasing public information surrounding a probate issue I am dealing with after a death in the family. Would give ZERO stars if able to. Sellers run!!! Do NOT use this agency to represent/handle any form of real estate contract. Currently getting sued for their lack of integrity, knowledge and greed 7 years after selling our Danville home through this particular office. Absolutely horrific errors on our agent's part. Remax has told us we are on our own and taking no accountability for their negligence. Thank you Remax for taking your commission and running for the hills!!
