0 stars if it was an option! If you appreciate respect for your personal property and/or professionalism, do NOT use this agency, specifically Jenn K******. The office manager Joe T. was of absolute no help. It became her word v. mine. The agent extended their showing appointment by 60 minutes and left their client on our property unattended for the last 37 minutes. I understand there may be some stars beyond my experience with this office. But there are plenty of agents in the valley. Make sure you shop around.

Shannon Sneddon had the patience of a saint. It took us over 20 months to find our perfect house. She was readily available when ever I saw a house that interests us. Very professional and did a great job.
