They sell houses with leaking roofs and don’t respond to emails after several attempts to get the problem fix through the agent Aws Abdelaziz and seller. Bought the house 09/23/2022 and first contact about the leak was 10/03/2022. Promises were made to reach out to the seller to come to the property to have a look and repair the issue and nothing was done. Email was sent to agent Aws Abdelaziz and broker Joseph McCabe 10/14/2022 with no response. Inspection called for repairs and apparently it was not repaired correctly. Bad... read more

The worst experience ever!! I called Carlos Cesar we spoke about the available apartment we scheduled a meeting he stated he didnt check emails and just wanted to find someone without going through a lot of candidates the day i went to the property he was not there stated he had a client to look in the lock box and let myself in it was 100 degrees im shuffling thru a lockbox with combination the neighbor came out to help me i finally get in the property it was fairly nice ( only good thing) i notify him u am interested once ... read more
