I had them take out a bathtub and replace it with a walk-in shower. ***************** suggested moving the lighting to the front of the shower for better lighting. I was not informed this had to be done before the installation. One of the brothers came to inspect my displeasure with the chalking not being completed. When the other brother came to bring the chalk, he remembered the conversation of moving the light. *** called later to say the moving of the light was not put in the contract so they were finished with the job. ... read more

Very unhappy with this company. I had my shower redone by RE-Bath in 2004. The installers didn't fill in around the drain and the shower pan cracked and had to be replaced. I believe that if the installer had done his job correctly I wouldn't have had this problem. I was told that the repairs would cost me 800 to 900 dollars. Upon completion of the replacement I received a bill for 2000.00 dollars. Needless to say I was shocked. I was told that I was charged for 2 men a truck for 16 hours at $125.00 an hour.
