Not really customer friendly. Two seats for waiting on repairs. When waiting for hours, no place to sit for a delivered lunch and never saw any vending machines. They had a water dispenser but no cups. The foul language by employees was enough to make a sailor blush. Nobody is very friendly. First impressions matter, but Adam had us feeling a little better about our experience. He has kept us updated on repairs that are taking longer than expected.
