I would give zero stars if that were an option. On September 6, 2024, I contacted Kevin Maldonado to request a quote for some doors for a project. I provided him with all the necessary information via email to get started. When I followed up a week later, he was unavailable, and my email went unanswered. The following Monday, I called again to check on the status of the quote for the six doors, only to find out that he was on vacation and had not informed me or arranged for anyone else to follow up on my request. I ordered 40 doors from Walter took forever to get and when I got them 7 were wrong they picked them back up waiting about another 3 or 4 weeks to find out they were wrong again They got rid of Walter and Kevin took over and I still can't get my doors This will be the last for me after years of buying from them This will be my last ord
