The manager was friendly, professional, courteous and honest. He gave me a reasonable repair estimate and asked if I thought it was fair, which I did. He even tried to talk me out of replacing the headlight, which had a long deep scratch, to keep the cost down, which I appreciated. He said he could get it back to about 80%. He gave me an appointment immediately for within a day or two, which I also appreciated. Both bumpers had deep scratches and the passenger side quarter panel had a small dent and scratches.
