We were giving RDI Homes, LLC plenty of time to respond to our inquiry/issue. Since we provided them a lengthy period of time, a formal complaint cannot be filed with the BBB so we are posting this review instead. Our home was built in 2015 with occupancy in February 2016. It was not until January 2023 that we became aware of an issue, specifically, moisture in our closet. My husband reached out to RDI for help and/or guidance.
