Thanks. – I punctured a tire on my 2009 Challenger yesterday at about 5:58pm; I called and asked if they would stay open long enough for me to get there, about a mile away. They agreed and took care of me right away, dismounted the tire, plugged it, remounted and balanced in about 20 minutes for $30.00. Thanks for taking care of me on short notice.

I Highly Recomend 5 Star Tires! – I've been taking my Jeep to 5 Star for oil changes for about a year and they are very fast and CHEAP! They do a great job and are very affordable. My Jeep started having what seemed like major brake and/or transmission problems. I'm always nervous about taking my car anywhere for repairs because I'm a chick who does really know a whole lot about what goes on under the hood. Five Star Tires in Hollywood will rip you off!! – Do not take your car here! I took my Honda there in Nov.It was overheating and the service engine light was on.I needed to pass a smog check.They charged me 100 bucks to diagnose the problem.Said I needed a thermostat and an ecg valve....well ok I said.Cost me 900.00. 2 days later it did not pass the smog and over heated again.They said I needed the engine sludge cleaned out and insisted I needed new shocks and struts. I could only afford the engine cleaning at almost 400.00.... read more

We diagnose the problem and find out what caused the car to overheat and of course can't pass the smog because check engine light was on.So we told the customer what the problem was and we also mentioned that we need to fix this problem first and see if there is any other problems, because we need to stop the overheating problem in order to see if it caused any other damage to the engine... read more
Great service – Brought my Jaguar XK8 to George Tarakchyan at 5 Star because of the recommendation I got from a car rental manager. My Jaguar service experiences have been miserable and I decided never again. George (and everyone there) was extremely professional and the price was less than half than it would have been at the dealer. I will be happy to use them for as long as they are there.

George Tarakchyan – George is awesome. He has taken care of my car (a 1994 toyota) as if it were a Jaguar. The care and honesty of George and Five Star in general never ceases to amaze me. If I have a problem or concern George (who 99% of the time helps me) is always willing to look over the car and never tells me BS about what's going on with my car. Always straight forward and kind, and I will be sure to keep coming back to George and Five Star for years to come!

Great service again – Time for regular oil check and 75K maintenance. I mentioned a few problems; hum in rear of car, shakes when braking at high speed, probably needs the alignment they recommended I wait on at last visit, and battery is 9 years old. All were addressed during the visit. Advised that battery was fine despite age. All work communicated before work was done and done for the price quoted.
