I can't say enough good things about my experience at RDA fitness. I can honestly say I am stronger and more fit at 48 then I was at 25! The instructors are super supportive and the classes are so much fun! This gym has become a second home to me and I never ever thought I'd say that! A very, very comfortable place to work out and try new ways to exercise. Love RDA fitness!!
