As a former member who stopped in to see what changes the new ownership made, I have to say I am very, very impressed with the new RDA Fitness! Phil was very welcoming and updated me on the changes that were made since I last visited. The facility is extremely well maintained and clean. The atmosphere was upbeat and family friendly. All in all, the changes at RDA have been very positive.
I love this gym. The members are all ages and everyone is friendly. It’s very easy to make a commitment to working out when you have a great place to do it. The new owners are awesome at keeping you motivated and making you feel welcome.
