2 years ago in April the floor they put down came up, had to fight with them to fix. They eventually came back, put a floor down on top of it and now it's full of ripples.The AC unit had problems from day 1, pump keeps going out. Have had them here may times. We have 3 units and only have issues with one of them. They are refusing to fix it. Never shows up when he says he's going to. R & D has done over a dozen jobs for us over the past 5-years+. Every job has been done on time & within the budget. In the rare instance of a warranty issue, they've bent over backward to rectify the situation. I highly recommend R & D for your residential or commercial building needs.
I have worked with R&D on multiple projects. The communication is always great and I recommend them to others in the area looking to get any sort of work on roofs!
Ive been going back and forth with R&D for over two years and still don’t have an intact roof. I received a roof from a contractor using R&D’s license and it immediately started leaking in the same spot I got the new roof to fix. That guy never came back to fix my roof and stopped responding because apparently he went to jail. I contacted R&D directly because of this and they have not been able to fix the pitch in my flat roof as was agreed upon or the leak. Needed a very quick turnaround on a historical building roof. They said they could do it and they did. Pricing was competitive. Work was excellent. Improved on one issue for us. Saved us money on what someone else though was a good idea. Chris was checking in, both in person and by phone, to make sure we had what we needed and the work was quality. Would highly recommend.
