Had a service line water leak in my front yard. My warranty company got in touch w/ Duke at RCI. He had someone out at my house the next day, then it was determined my 50 year old galvanized steel pipe was rusted over and blocked flow of water, so then he called a plumbing company to change out the whole line for me. Duke was very quick about getting my problem resolved and that’s what makes a good businessman that will get my repeat business when needed.

When RCI was first assigned my sewer line repair Duke sent two absolute buffoons to my house to dig up my yard, throw some dirt around, and smash up concrete and absolutely not fix anything. Then it took TWO months to get some sober people to come out and actually fix my sewer line. The whole tike Duke kept having sob story excuses and telling me "oh well be out this week".
