I have the Pro Chucker 5, the Summit and an older Rock Chucker from '81. All three are great products. My wife got me a "progressive" press for Christmas,(of the red brand), sent it back and ordered my PC5. Love this unit! Keep it up Ladies and Gentlemen of RCBS. Bullet feeder is joining my equipment on the bench soon!!!
Bought a .30-06 FL die set maybe two years ago. I just got around to using it for the first time yesterday and it was out of spec. which I found out when I got a stuck case. I called RCBS to ask for a refund. I asked for a refund because I had the same exact problem with a .30 carbine die set not three months before as well (yes, I properly lubed the cases in both cases). Needed a new part. Stopped by the store. Gave them the old dies, they came back and Handed me a new set !! It's they only equipment for me RCBS has my business for life.
I have been a very loyal RCBS user and they have always taken care of me to this point... I am now on my 3rd Chargemaster Combo unit, all warrantied within the last several months, each time I sent a unit in the wait time for replacement was pushing 3-4 weeks. I purchased this unit with the hopes it would speed up my rifle reloading now that I am shooting higher volume rifle. I was previously using a powder thrower, beam scale and trickler. RCBS is hands down the best there is! The customer service is exemplary ! Their equipment is superb as well ! That's just part of why I've used RCBS since 1972.!
emailed customer service about some missing parts on an obsolete 4x4 press, and they ordered them for me free of charge! sweet!
