RCBS has some of the best customer service in the entire industry, I recently bent a decapping rod in one of my pistol dies, could not find one anywhere in the Denver area....one phone call and a new rod and pins were on the way to me, along with some of the best customer service that I have encountered in years. Keep up the great work.
So I had a 70's RCBS 38 S&W die set that my dad had purchased long long ago that was not sizing properly. Well last week I sent them back to RCBS and today I received a brand new cowboy set to replace my old set.. This is why I love RCBS.. You can't beat that customer service.. Thanks guys..
Broke my decapping pin on the very first shell and slightly bent the stem. I bought replacements that were for older decapping dies & RCBS sent a free 5 pack of the correct pins and a new stem! Best service.
Bought a brand new die set for my .41 Rem Mag and it was missing the bullet seaters but had the die. Just called them and no questions asked they are mailing me the missing pieces free!!!! Great customer service!!!
I broke the decapping pin I two of my dies there costomer sent me 2 replacement decappping assem . And 5 decapping pins . NEVER had a nicer bunch of folks at there costomer service . GO GREEN thank you
I bought one of the first Pro Chucker 7s I could find. I've broken several of the plastic primer slides because they're driven by a thin plastic molded post.. I love the Pro Chucker 7 press but the priming system needed filed because the machining was rough and these slides ruin the whole machine's reliability. Please RCBS, contract out a machinist with a CNC to make these out of metal!
