My boyfriend brought his bike in for a dyno tune and told them upfront that we already had a license, yet they charged us for another one anyway. They also badmouthed the previous shop and pushed unnecessary charges by claiming the work hadn’t been done correctly. The entire experience was unfriendly, unprofessional, and far from customer-focused. He ultimately took his bike elsewhere, where it was tuned properly, and now it rides perfectly.
