Have been going to these guys for many years. Always upfront and trustworthy and knowledgeable and always do good work.Recent experience was another reason to keep going back. Our daughter had a door lock problem on her 2013 Ford Escape. Dealership said about 350 to repair. Same at RC but Allen later took the time to research and found a recall for this issue and called our daughter to let her know. RC specialists had quick, excellent service for my oil change. They also took the time to explain how things worked in terms I could understand. Very patient and also took the time to share a roadside assistance program with me through the oil company they used. 👍
