I must complain about a Chinese female bank employee here. She always treats customers differently based on their race. She is very enthusiastic towards white customers, but very unfriendly towards Chinese customers. Because some Chinese customers need her service due to poor English, she is very unhappy to serve Chinese people. I hope the bank will replace them with a Chinese female employee who can provide serious service.
