I spent weeks calling a number in homes.com to try and get a viewing of a rental property that I wanted due to my child’s father used to living in the same neighborhood just this year. (He died in March.) I got no answer. Every single time. I had to find the agency just to reach the realtor for the property and now it has an application on it. Than you Ravi for your professionalism and trust worthiness. Many times we came across difficult situation that tenant does the property damage and not paying for that damage and he took responsibility to rectify it.
