I have used Queern three times for air conditioning services. Once was to replace a very old compressor/condensor unit serving our second floor with a more efficient and modern unit. That job required modifying our existing air handler to work with a new refrigerant. The second time was to install a new minisplit system for a bedroom addition. Just as the heatwave was beginning last week, our central a/c stopped working. We began calling many contractors and most were either not accepting new customers or we were told that the first available appointment was more than a week away. I remembered seeing RB Queern trucks in the community and they were recommended by a neighbor so I gave them a call around 10:00 am. I called 3 services to replace a water heater. After 3 days I'm still waiting for a response I called Quern they were here within the hour. Heater to be installed next day. Amazing service
Had a very positive experience. We've been regular customers for routine boiler service. Had an issue during the cold snap and lost the boiler for a night. For a couple of days in a row they sent a team early in the morning to get our boiler running right. We had a line freeze because the system was off and Jason, the tech, really went above and beyond to solve that problem for as well.
This is second time I've had to call RB to fix my boiler after being serviced by another company. Came right out, professional, our tech was amazing, explained everything From now on, only using this company
