They came out to inspect the windows but didn’t send a quote even after a week. I had to follow up twice, and on the third call, when I mentioned the delay and the lack of response, his response was basically “I don’t really care.” Very unprofessional experience. Stay away!.
This place has kind and good people. I had an issue with a fireplace glass piece I ordered online and they cut it for me at their storefront quickly and didn’t charge me. Very kind of you.
