To everyone and anyone who goes to Razzari Mazda or any Razarri in Merced - make sure you research your situation beforehand. The key remotes for my parents Mazda were going out, and so my mom called to see how much it would cost to repair it. The guy told her $300 because "the chip needs to be programmed in order for it to work." My brother did some 10 minute Googling and YouTubing and found batteries for both of them at WalMart for a total cost of $13. Costumer Service is very bad , the technicians don't know what they are doing 3 months I brought my jeep with a new a.c compressor and asked them to check my a.c system for any work that needed to be done, they charge me 600 dollars the first time, but a.c was not cold, I re schedule an appointment for the same reason and the try to charge a new diagnostic again, they told me I needed to replace a hose , I schedule an appointment got done , they charge me 300 dollars to replace it. We took our Mustang in for a 105000 Mile check. All seems well till we were told it needed work. Val , as always , very very friendly , but it took to long to get it all done. I know they had to order the parts and wait to get them in. But when the parts came in they should have stopped working on the other car and finish this one, unless the other car was there first. I was not happy this time .
