The staff are very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed working with Roberto Martin who helped me select the perfect watch. He explained various options based on my lifestyle and helped me reach my final decision. Some jewelers can be pushy. This was not the case at Razny. Definitely recommend the Addison store location.

Seriously this is the best jeweler in Chicagoland. 4 stores family owned 3rd generation. Great helpful knowledgeable staff. The friendliest people around who care so much for their clients. And above all the best assortment of watches and jewelry anywhere. With all price points. Something for everyone!
