My husband bought my engagement ring from here. My center stone cracked and we went in to ask what they could do and they said they could only replace it but we would be responsible for the cost of the replacement because they do not warranty their diamonds, My husband went here because of their reputation and thinking he would get high end quality and first rate customer service. That couldn't be further from the truth and to say we are disappointed is a gross understatement.

Roberto was with me and my husband when we picked out our wedding rings and always encouraged us to choose with whatever we perceived to be beautiful ! He helped me surprise my husband with a new Rolex, which led to my husband upgrading my center stone ! My husband received the best customer service from Roberto when he picked out my engagement ring. When I came back with him to pick out our bands, I was blown away by him. He is friendly, funny, smart and takes care of his customers. Every time we have come back, even for cleanings, he remembers us and still gives 100% customer service and is just as friendly as day 1. We will come back to Roberto for any future purchases.
