My husband purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band at the Hinsdale location of Razny. He worked with James who was great!! We also ended up buying my husbands band from there as well. He made our experience the best!
After winning the Diamond Dash, Stan Razny and staff were very helpful in getting everything just right. Having difficulty reaching his store, he even offered to have someone pick us up and bring us to the store. Talk about customer service! While in the store, all his staff were very personable and they were able to resize the ring while we were waiting in the store. Thank you Razny Jewelers! On the weekend before Christmas my Tag Heuer watch battery died. I was leaving Monday morning on a skiing vacation. I called Cameron at the Highland Park store and she said come on in and we will take care of fixing your watch. When I got to the store Andrea took my watch and said it will be finished in 20 min. In the past when I had a proper battery replacement with water test it would take up to 2 weeks. When I returned my watch was waiting for me ready to go.
