Felt that the service within the store; i.e. the purchasing experience, was extremely well done. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and exceeded expectations in terms of customer service. Was less thrilled with the support after. Specifically, we asked that both watches we ordered be mailed to us as they had to be special ordered. This meant that the watch bracelets had to be adjusted in store prior to mailing, and an additional request that we be informed prior to them being mailed as we might have been out of to... read more
