If the office tells you they will ask the doctor and call you back , they don't. DR. Razi is good but has a terrible office staff.
My mom has had appointments here since her nephrectomy. She’s had about 3-4 appointments here with Dr. Razi and always has stated her issues of bleeding with urination and pain etc. Nothing was done for her those 3-4 appointments until an ER visit had happened which saw a bladder mass, went back to Razi and then told us there was nothing he could do and sent us somewhere else to get delivered unfortunate news. Doctor razi was amazing. But his staff is no good. I called all week and they did not want to pass the phone to the doctor. They kept saying they would leave him a message and to call back the next day, and every day was the same. The message I wanted them to leave was for the doctor to call me back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because of some concerns about how my healing was going after the procedure.
