Ken, JoAnn, Marlene and Jill are great. If you need a sewing machine or classes, this is the place to go. Took my first class there yesterday and everyone was so helpful.

Best sewing machine store in California! I've a customer for 50+ tears. I wouldn't dream of buying any where else.
I have been a customer for decades. Yes, my first and best machine was purchased from Ken. I love the products they carry and have purchased many Janome machines that I love. I can count on Ray's for excellent service, wonderful ongoing classes, and special events and retreats that always provide great instructors and a warm and fun environment. This is the kind of service and professionalism I would like to experience in more businesses. I feel like a close friend rather than a customer.
Every time I come, their customer service is outstanding.
