Ken really helped me out when I quickly needed a single-needle embroidery machine as backup for my disabled multi-needle. He is a font of knowledge and voluntarily demonstrated the machine for me to make sure it was right. The trade-up and repair policies are astoundingly good. I'm new in the embroidery business, and finding out about the lessons and retreats was a great discovery!
