Wouldn't fix the busted headlight they installed! Terrible!
The dumb Blonde guy at the counter, looks at you like your taking too much of his time, very unprofessional, he told me to drive my car 50-100 mile so my system could reboot. i did and their is nothing wrong with my car they wouldn't pass me, no check engine light etc. i went a block away and had it passed no problem. they lost my business for good, they have no idea how many cars i own!!! but Dustin in the office is pretty cool.
RecommendedI love supporting our local businesses. Ray's has been around a long time and they are always fair priced, fast and reliable. They fixed my car today and it was a positive experience. I will return when I need repairs. Thank you!

Only place I take my cars for repairs. I wish I could review them for each time I’ve taken my car to Ray’s because then I could give them a whole bunch of 5 stars. They are truly amazing!
These men were amazing. I had a long exhausting morning at primary and just trying to get home when my car started shaking! These guys really took care of me and my car. They were friendly and well mannered. Polite as well! They found that my clamp had been ripped off and that was what was causeing the majority of the shaking. (Which they fixed) They also saw that my tired was separating which was the other problem. Dustin was very helpful and so was his colleague with keeping me informed about what was going on. 5 months ago I had Rays replace an alternator on my suburban. On my way into work today it threw a bearing. I called Rays and they immediately called a tow truck and towed it 20 miles back to their shop, replaced the alternator and did so in a very timely manner. They did all of this at no cost. Excellent customer service.
I just wanted to say I'm grateful for the level of service you guys provided my family today. I had taken my car to another company for a basic service and they said I needed all kinds of costly repairs. My husband took my car to Ray's because he didn't agree with what was said about my car and Ray's found absolutely nothing wrong with my car. They saved us hundreds of dollars. And I am now their newest customer! I won't be taking my car anywhere else. A big thank you to Ray's and especially Dustin!
